Terms
Marketplace terms for approved lead buyers.
Last updated: April 22, 2026.
These terms govern buyer access to Home Direct Marketing Marketplace, including account approval, wallet credits, lead purchases, alerts, refunds, and buyer compliance responsibilities.
Buyer account approval
You must provide accurate business, contact, billing, and service-area information. Access may require verification, policy acceptance, wallet funding, and admin approval.
Marketplace purchases
Lead availability, pricing, discounts, delivery channels, and purchase limits may vary by lead type, ZIP code, plan, account standing, and inventory.
Wallet credits and billing
Wallet credits are prepaid marketplace credits used for eligible lead purchases. Subscription fees, top-ups, taxes, and payment processing may be handled through Stripe.
Lead use
Purchased leads are provided for the approved buyer's internal sales follow-up only. Buyers may not resell, share, transfer, or use leads for unrelated offers.
Refund review
Refunds, including bad-phone requests, are subject to published windows, marketplace audit history, admin review, and compliance with buyer handling requirements.
Compliance obligations
Buyers are solely responsible for compliant calling, texting, emailing, suppression, consent review, licensing, disclosures, and records for their outreach.
Additional terms
Service changes
We may update marketplace features, plan limits, pricing logic, lead categories, alert channels, security requirements, or operational policies.
Suspension and termination
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for policy violations, payment issues, suspected misuse, security risk, inaccurate information, or legal concerns.
No guaranteed results
Leads are inquiries and are not guaranteed appointments, sales, revenue, close rates, homeowner eligibility, financing approval, or project value.
Liability limits
To the fullest extent allowed by law, marketplace liability is limited to amounts paid for the affected service during the relevant period.
