Buyer Compliance Policy
Lead buyers must operate with compliant contact controls.
Last updated: April 22, 2026.
This policy applies to every buyer, employee, contractor, dialer, agency, CRM user, and sales team member that accesses or uses leads purchased through Home Direct Marketing Marketplace.
Use leads only for approved services
Purchased leads may be used only by the approved buyer account for the lead type, market, and business purpose represented during onboarding.
Honor consent and contact rules
Buyers are responsible for TCPA, telemarketing, email, text message, consent, disclosure, and call-recording requirements that apply to their outreach.
Check suppression lists
Before calling or texting, buyers must apply required Do Not Call, internal suppression, opt-out, time-of-day, and state-specific contact controls.
Do not resell or share leads
Leads are exclusive to the purchasing buyer and may not be resold, brokered, transferred, pooled, publicly posted, or shared with another company.
Protect consumer information
Buyer teams must secure downloaded, exported, emailed, and CRM-stored lead details against unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, and misuse.
Report quality issues quickly
Bad-phone refund requests and suspected consent problems must be submitted through the marketplace within the published review window.
Compliance records
Buyers should keep records of consent review, contact attempts, opt-outs, suppression checks, call outcomes, refund requests, and any consumer complaints. Marketplace audit history does not replace compliance records kept by the buyer account.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected misuse, consumer complaints, payment issues, abnormal purchase behavior, or consent concerns. Depending on the issue, we may take one or more of these actions:
- •Suspend alerts, purchases, or account access.
- •Hold or reverse wallet credits when policy violations are under review.
- •Deny refunds for leads handled outside policy requirements.
- •Terminate access for repeated, severe, or unresolved compliance issues.
